2023

The 2023 K League 2 Season.

2022

A dissapointing season saw Ansan finish 9th out of 11 sides.

2021

An indifferent season sees Ansan finish 7th out of 10 teams, 6 points from the bottom, and 9 points from the play-off places. Kim Gil-sik resigns midway through the season and is replaced by Min Dong-sung.

2020

Key departures, including manager Lim Wan-sup, see Ansan fail to kick on from 2019, and finish 7th (out of 10), closer to the bottom (6 pts) than the play-offs (11 pts).

2019

Ansan are in prime position to finish in the play-offs, but fail to win any of the their final three games, finishing 5th (of 10), a single point out of the play-offs. Jang Hyuk-jin, Vinticenco and Masatoshi form a formidable forward three.

2018

A dissapointing second season see Lee Heung-sil leave in August and Ansan finish 9th, just 2 points off of the bottom.

2017

The beginning of the Greeners. Lee heung-sil is appointed as first Greeners manager, continuing on from the Police era. Ansan finish 9th out of ten sides, with Raul Terragona finishing as the second highest scorer with 15 goals.

2016

Rebranded as Ansan Mugunghwa and sporting a new green home kit, the police franchise wins the K League Challenge under the leadership of Lee Heung-sil, winning it at Anayng 3-2 on the final day of the season.

2015

A poor second season, sees the Police finish second from bottom by a point. Lee Heung-sil is appointed manager.

2014

Professional football returns to Ansan as the Police franchise takes residence in the Wa Stadium. Ansan Police FC finish second in the league, losing to Gwangju 3-0 in a play-off at the Wa.

2013

The Hallelujah franchise relocates to Goyang with funding from Zaicro. Devoid of a professional team, AFSC follow some of the Goyang matches, including away at the newly reformed Anyang (pictured).

2012

The last season. AFSC publishes The Last Song.

The original Ansan professional team was an Emmanuel franchise (winners of the inaugarul K League seaosn in 1980!). They would change their name from Ansan Hallejujah to Ansan H before moving to Goyang for the 2013 season.
